Ultrasonic Machine NDT 6000 3A

Designed and built by SudOuestSysteme in partnership with TD NDE (CANADA) specialist in NDT, this machine is designed to control defects on metal alloy parts.
The stainless steel tank of 2.5 mm thickness, with dimensions 6000x1000x600 (LxWxH in mm) can accommodate parts up to 5000x800x200.
A 3 axis gantry, mounted on a frame independent of the tank, moves the Olympus FOCUS PX probe.
During the scan, the machine memorizes the areas with defects to be able to redo a scan with more precision on them. They can also be automatically marked with a pencil.
